Do Elevated Alkaline Phosphate Levels Affect Liver And Bones?

I am a 57 year old female who has had high alkaline phos and high cholesterol for over 7 years. I have pain in my sternum-brestbone, and stinging in my cranial area all over. I have significant bone loss as well. My recent blood work had high abs mono auto and mono auto and calcium and glucose. I weigh 108 lbs. I also have lung nodules and pagetoid changes and folci ? on my sacrum. My gut tells me I have a systematic fungi infection. Alk phos came back with both bone and liver results effected. What should I do??
