Do Elevated Levels Of GGT Indicate Liver Disease?

I'm 57. Recently I got the flu which started with pain in chest and cough, like a cold condition. I was in such condition for two weeks. I didn't got any treatment. One week ago I did a blood test to check the cholesterol and checked the GGT too. GGT was 123. One week later, today I repeated the GGT test and today it was 280. I don't drink alcohol, don't smoke. I this a virus condition or liver disease?
