Do Few Big Dark Brown Moles Require Medical Attention?

My boyfriend has had these moles for a few years he has a few big dark brown ones but some with the light centre, should he seek medical attention?? He isn’t in pain with them, he’s a healthy 19 year old male who regularly exercises and average weight and height for his age.
