Do Gallstones Cause Lower Backache And Nausea?

hello I ve had to go the er last feburary because of a gallstone attack the doctor told me the need for surgery wasn t immediate and if I wanted to talk to a surgeon I could but it wasn t a absolute need because the stones were very small . fast forward to this past week my whole stomach is expiercing bubble guts my lower back is aching and I m a little nauseous and haven t ate as much haven t lost any weight though also no fever ,or no elevated heart rate .. I have been eating pretty unclean the past 3 months so do you think it might be my gallstones causing this?
