Do Haemorrhagic Cyst Cause Abdominal Pain?

I was diagnosed of hemmorrhagic cyst again last sunday night...but the pain started since friday morning last week..i have my first day of menstruation last march 10..there are times during my menstrual period i get hemmorhagic cyst or after..they saw on the scan too that i have appendicitis..they dye my stomach and performed enema, the ER dr said my appendicitis is pass the normal border (in between normal and worst)..they ask me to come back in 12hrs to minitor the appendix but i didnt came back, yesterday morning around 5am, pain came back it was worst, migrating to some parts of my body from the stomach, have a low grade fever since friday so went back to ER, they did a repeat scan for my appendix and saw in my urinalysis i have UTI, im under antibiotic now, my 2nd day. I still have some pain and bloating in my stomach upto now...my question is, IS THE ABDOMINAL PAIN NOW COMING FROM MY HEMMORHAGIC CYST OR FROM MY ACUTE APPENDICITIS? I have a tender stomach now, when i press it its a little bit hard
