Do Hard Lumps Formed Due To Insertion Of Surgical Equipment Heal?

Hello I ve undergone Arthiscopic knee surgury to clean up a small tear in my Miniscus. There was a bit of tissue clean up as well. It s been three weeks since surgury and I still have some swelling around the knee cap. I have hard lumps were the instruments were inserted. Will they heal and desolve?
