Do Hemorrhoids Cause Ache In Legs And Vaginal Area?

I have had hemorrhoids since giving birth but they ve never bothered me. 3 days ago my anus started burning. Now it s aching. I m aching down my leg a little and into the outside of my vagina. Is this normal with hemorrhoids? Or is there something else going on like an infection?
