Do Herpes Blisters Appear In The Genital Region?

Do herpes blisters appear in the pubic region? I have some blisters about half an inch away from my penis in my pubic hair. I ve been getting these blisters all over my genital area for two years straight with maybe 20 total without. They don t hurt, but always itch until I pop them. They started appearing 2 or 3 days after sleeping with a girl who I deem unclean (showering wise).
