Do Intake Of BP Medicines Lead To Headaches And Pressure In Neck And Ears?

I have pressure in my neck just below my left ear. I get frequent headaches and severe bloody nose lasting for hours. What could this be? I have been prescribed high blood pressure medication and another for fast heart beat,but I continue to get headaches and bloody nose and a few months ago I had a vessel rupture in my left eye.
