Do Irregular Heartbeat, Pain In Arms And Legs With Electrical Shocks Suggest Menopause?

For going 3 to 4 years I have been experiencing pain in arms and legs. Now I have eye inflammation, electrical shocks and head pain together,sweathing with these shocks. These symptoms seem to be on my time line with menopause maybe. I am not well and have been seeing many doctors. I have an irregular heartbeat and these episodes are causing more. Please help me.
