Do Multiple Large Fibroids In Uterus Cause IBS, Constipation And Bloating?

I have 8 large fibroids in my uterus, I have been suffering from IBS / constipation since May 2014. I am on Linzess 290mcg per day. I feel extremely uncomfortable and bloated and heavy. My Dr. said my uterus is the size of a pregnant woman between 4-5 months. It measures 11 inches log. Can my uterus cause me to be this uncomfortable?
