Do My Carotid Ultrasound Results Showing Higher Left ICA Velocity And Plaque Indicate A Serious Concern After My Previous Right Carotid Artery Surgery?

Peak systolic flow velocities in cm/sec: Right lCA 62, Left ICA 115. The internal to common caroti-d artery ratios measure 0.7 on the right and 1.7 on the left. There is anteqrade flow in both vertebral arteries. Small- amount of noncafcified plaque in the right carotid bu1b. Moderate amount of calcified plaque in the left carotid bulb and extendj-ng into the proximal left ICA. They opened up my right C/A a year ago and cleaned it out from a blockage. I still can t get anyone to explain what these numbers mean and should I be worrying. Thank you, Sincerely
