Do Nausea And Vomiting Sensation Indicate Pregnancy?

Dear Doctor..I have felt a little emotional the last couple of days, my last ovulation was 12th Feb, felt quite nausea the other day, but unfortunately for some reason I am unable to be sick as such, so therefore have to put up with feeling nausea..I am 75kg in weight, 39 year old female..could I be pregnant? My partner David & I have been actively trying to get pregnant..I have two children of my own..
