Do Orthopaedic Surgeons Perform Hyprocure Procedure For Dislocated Ankle?

I am considering the Hyprocure procedure for my dislocated ankle. When was this procedure accepted in Canada? Do orthopaedic surgeons also perform this procedure? from my research on the Internet it seems that only podiatrists who work privately, are endorsing this procedure.
