Do Over Dosage Of Dilautin And Oxycodone Cause Adverse Side Effects?

Thank you. My brother, age 68, (He s my younger brother) He had back surgery (his 3rd, also three heart attacks and three cancer surgeries, he s a recovering alcoholic and was a heavy smoker for 29 years) Continuing, he takes 12 dilautin a day and four oxycodone a day. He is currently in a nursing home and is scheduled to go home on the 2nd of April. Should I be concerned that he is taking too much drugs?
