Do Skin Cancer Papules Come And Go? Can They Pop

Do skin cancer papules come and go? Can they pop out after a shower. 4 months ago a CT scan showed swollen lymph nodes in my chest. 3 month later a recheck showed the same issue but they had become smaller not bigger. My doctor suggested we keep an eye on them. I am out of country for the winter and have developed red itchy spots on my legs, which seem to get redder and increase in number after a shower. The oldest of these are about 4 weeks old.I am also experiencing unusual sweating. I am not getting drenched but certainly a lot more. It can happen at anytime day or night but more often at night. These episodes last about 10 - 15 minutes. I am also experiencing bloating and a feeling of fullness after eating very little. There is also frequent unexplained nausea. I am concerned about skin cancer. I want to know if cancer related papules come and go and if you think seeing a doctor can wait til I get home the middle of March. I am 66 years old.
