Do Slight Bleeding And Pain Below Penis And Testicles Suggest Kidney Stones?

My husband has slight drops of blood in underwear and has groin pain below penis and testicle sac area. He has had previous issue with this over the summer went away no problems. Is this kidney stones or maybe an infection. Feels fine otherwise. Should see a doctor or drink cranberry juice for a few days?
