Do Slight Headache And Pressure Inside The Head Post Injury Suggest Internal Bleeding?

Hi, I was hit in the left side of my head 4 days ago by snow/ ice that fell off a store front. I ve been fatigued and have had slight headaches/ feeling minor pressure inside head since. I went to the doctor yesterday, where he said since I had no fractures, no balance or reflex problems, no vision, vomit, or loss of consciousness issues, I m probably okay and most likely don t need a CAT scan. But as I m a bit of a hypochondriac, is it still possible for me to have internal bleeding 100+ hours after the injury?
