Do Tender Breasts Post Having Unprotected Sex Suggest Pregnancy?

I had an abortion a medical abortion 5 weeks ago on 3.12.2014. Took a p test a week ago on 26.1.2015 because my breasts were becoming tender but it was negative. I had unprotected sex on 1.1.2015. My breasts are still sore, they have been sore since 25.12.2014. Could I be pregnant?
