Do Thyroid Disorder And High Prolactin Levels Affect Fertility?

Hi Doctor. Its been a year i got married.. We are trying for a baby last 3 months. not happened yet, SO we checked the doctor and had some medications.Diagonosed with Thyroid and high prolactin level. Having tablets daily for thyroid and took 4 tablets each week last month for prolactin.Have given 2 tablets to enhance the hormone & ovulation Primeova - from day 3 to day7 Duphaston - from day18 to day24,After we had suggested to take Follicle study. Done 3 scans on my 9th,12th & 14th day .My left Ovary seems to be ruptured and asked to be in contact continuous 3 days..Just wanted like rupturing of follicle gurantee egg release..Because i read few articles like thyroid will prevent ovulation from happening...Please help me to get clarified.
