Do Urine Infection And Tooth Infection Effect Smear Result?

I have been on one type of pill for over 20yrs, I have now been changed to the mini pill as I am 40. My first smear came back abnormal, my second ok, my third abnormal. I am booked in for a colopscopy soon and was wondering whether the change could effect my result. I also had a tooth infection at the tome of the first smear and a urine infection when the 3rd was taken. Can these also effect the smear result?
