Do Weak VDRL And Reactive TPHA Mean STD S?

Dear sir, Im very healthy person and I dont have any bad habits like affairs and other things. Recently I attended gulf interview but and am unfit in medical report. The report was VDRL WEAK and TPHA ++++. What does it mean and how to I cure thiP and how much time it will take to cure.Please suggest me sir. Thank u
