Do You Know Of A Doctor Or Clinic That Treats

Do you know of a doctor or clinic that treats Hashimoto's in Jacksonville or near Jacksonville. I'm under the care of a Endocrine doctor and I've been diagnosed with Hashimoto's. I've been treated for almost a year now with no relief. My meds are changed every other month but I'm not getting any better. I'm gluten intolerant and gluten free but I continue to be sick. I take every vitamin I've read that may help. Can you help?
