Doc I Got Sick Out Of No Where Saturday Had

Doc I got sick out of no where Saturday had a fever at work had a soar throat since Thursday or Friday which has not improved the fever went away n I started feeling better then it came back late that night and hasn't left at all I'll take Tylenol n the fever willbreakthwn it comes right back any advice
