Doc, I Am 20 Weeks Pregnant And I Feel I

Doc, i am 20 weeks pregnant and i feel i am about to miscarry my baby. Today i experience gush of water and heavy bleeding until now and my tummy realy2 hurts right now and i feel like im dying because of pain. Its 2am in our country now and i dont have any access to hospital at this hour. Please help me wat to do so that pain will go away thanks
