Doc I M Having Pcod Problem Since 7 Years... I

Doc i m having pcod problem since 7 years... I m 23 now..... The condition is better now but still i get irregular periods after 7-8 months. This time i got my periods after 2 months and in initial days there was very less bleeding and now today is my 7th day, now having too much bleeding and pain.... So any home remidy as it is very late night and i live alone at my flat
