Doc I've Been Worrying About My Late Period. My Last

Doc i've been worrying about my late period. My last period was last september. I am not sure if i am preggy coz i am not experiencing pregnancy symptoms aside from burning sensation that i feel every early morning in my upper abdomen. I dont know what to do. Can you help me doc?
