Docter Iam Using Betanovate -n For Pimples And For Black

Docter iam using betanovate -n for pimples and for black skin by my friend suggested this.after using this i got smooth skin pimples are not big but i have small small dot like pimple if i press that i will see that dryed pus is coming and hole will form i have smal small depressions on my face .when i want to stop it my face became hard snd black itchy also some time.
What should i do docter.plzzz suggest me something
