Doctor, After Bathing My 3.5 Yrs Old Son Yesterday Evening

After bathing my 3.5 Yrs old son yesterday evening @ 4.00 pm, I tried to clean the right ear with cotton buds, he suddenly tilted/oscillated and crying for a moment. Moreover, while getting into the car, the door unfortunately hit between cheek and head on the same side of ear. Then we went for Church Worship around 6.00 pm we noticed the blood bled and dried out in the same ear. We rushed to the doctor and atlast consultation was done @ 9.45pm by ENT. After the inspection, the doctor said, the ear drum/canal seems to clear without any obstacles. But we noticed that after the Triage room observation but before doctor's observation also mild bleeding was observed. After reaching the home around 00.45 am also we noticed some bleeding while he was lying in the pillow of the same ear side. Now after waking up around 9.30 am again we noticed blood clotted inside with semi liquid state. Kindly advise me. will it be any serious issue, or again I've to rush to ENT?
