Doctor, I am experiencing episodes of occasional dizziness which can lead to a momentary feeling of imbalance. I am 68 years old, retired, diabetic and extremely poor. Victim of scamming, hence not much money. This condition began about a week ago. It doesn't happen all the time, but I find it a bit embarrassing. Can you help me with this?
