Doctor, I am experiencing pain in muscle group, which is called flexor carpi ulnaris. which I found out through googling web. and i experience pain at the middle part of fore arm lying on side to ulnar bone I got this injury through workout at Gym. now, I cannot workout as I experience pain when i lift something. i would like your suggestion, as I would like to continue my Workouts..
