Doctor I Am Working In A Private Company In Sales

Doctor I am working in a private company in sales for last 19 years,recently got medical tests done.In which my hba1c is 7.23 and fasting glucose is at 118.my liver is also fatty my sgot is 79.9 & sgpt is 109.9.kindly suggest can it be cured just by changing my diet and exercise.Earlier I was not doing any exercise and did not have healthy diet.shown to doctor he prescribed medicines.I do not want to start using medicines,is it possible to cure without taking allopathic medicines.
