Doctor I had a still birth in 32 weeks, 3 years ago. Now I am trying to get pregnant but it's getting delayed. I am taking clomid and hormone injection.i had to take some reports and there my anti cardiolipin antibody 1g G is weakly positive. So the doctor recommended me to take eco spring 75. Is this safe to take? Because I feel I am burning inside
