Doctor, I Have A Tingling/burning Sensation In My Legs More

Doctor, I have a tingling/burning sensation in my legs more focused on my shins and thighs, however it sometimes can be felt on my back and sides and arms. There are no signs of dry skin or rash anywhere, also when i eat sometimes i have a burning feeling on my tongue. This has been going on for 2 days or so. I felt great today but it came back a couple hours ago. I feel and look same as normal. And as far as i can tell no difference in my health aside from this
