Doctor, It Has Been Observed That In The Month Of

Doctor, It has been observed that in the month of October and November, when I go out in the morning specially, I get cold and eyes infection. No cough only cold and constant watering from eyes , itching and irritations in eyes added with constant sneezing. Please suggest. Thanks.
