Doctor, Lower End Of My Sternum Seems To Have Been

Lower end of my sternum seems to have been growing for some time, and now it has grown little bigger
with light pain. when i lie on my back it slightly bulges out also..
Also, at times i have pain on entire rib cage
Could you pls advise if there is any reason for worry ?
