Doctor! My Daughter (Mannat) Is 4 Years Old.. She Is

Doctor! My daughter (Mannat) is 4 years old.. she is suffering from fever, cough and loose motions. I have syp p250, sinarest plus, cetmet-tcf, lariago, levolin, kufril, normet, sporlac lactic acid powder at home. She has exams from tomorrow.
My son (Dhairya) is 16 months old and he too has fever and cough.
I (Pooja) am 24 years old and i had loose motions for two days which is now ok but i feel my stomach full and i am unable to eat properly. I also puke 3-4 times a day.
All of us are unwell since we reached home after our 12 days tour.
Please tell me what medicines should we all take. And what medicines should i get from market for kids and myself.
