Doctor, Need A Clarification ....... My Aunt , A Diabetic

Doctor, Need a clarification ....... my aunt , a diabetic for more than 20 years had a fall and was operated for thigh bone fracture ......post surgery she was suspected to have Parkinson's disease and the neurophysician has prescribed strocit plus along with syndopa ( both twice a day) in addition to her regular medication of vertin 24mg ( twice daily) ,Amaryl M for her diabetes and Ecoprin 75 .............she has nausea through the day and is quite uncomfortable and restless .......can strocit plus and syndopa cause these effects .....and are they beneficial for her current condition though she has not been diagnosed for stroke ..............kindy advise.
