Doctor Sir, I'm Consuming Neuromet Caps.for D Last 12/13days As

Doctor Sir, I'm consuming Neuromet caps.for d last 12/13days as per an ent specialist doc.'s advice when i had a consulation with him due to a hissing sound emanating continuously frm my left ear since last 5yrs. ofcourse all the requsite tests were done as was advised by an other ENT surgion. The said sound has not disappeared yet; although i am to take those caps for 1month. plz advice me.
