Doctor I Am A Stroke Patient And Have Been Paralysed

Doctor i am a stroke patient and have been paralysed for the last 8 years but out of frustation and depression i have been taking spasmo proxyvon and Nitrosun 10. How harmful is it? I have planned on quitting it and try to get on with vigorous physiotherapy. How long would it take for me to heal? Please advice.
