Doctor I Have High Level Of Cpk It Is 711

Doctor i have high level of cpk it is 711 and ldh is normal ckmb also normal advise me pls also my thyroid is normal but i have blood pressure little high 150\93 and 7 month before i was diagonis b12 deficency and i am taking neurobin fort one in a day with vitamin d capsule once in a week so pls advise ma what shoul i do what food i should stop .and i am not smoke and drink even cola drink
