Doctor I Took The Ecp After The Unsafe Intercourse Right

Doctor i took the ecp after the unsafe intercourse right 2 days after my ending my last periods, two days after taking ecp bleeding had started which last for almost 2 weeks, now 4 days have past i didn't had my periods. Do that bleeding prolong my menstrual cycle or i should go for misoprostole. My pregnancy test was negative 2 days from now.
