Doctor Initiative First Began To Be Cuts On My Tongue

Doctor initiative first began to be cuts on my tongue from last years were both side, but now it has started to appear on the whole tongue and become deeper than before I'm so worried, please suggest me good treatment for fix this disease. Plz reply as soon as possible thanks.
