Doctor My Baby Is 3 Months Old I Am Giving

Doctor my baby is 3 months old I am giving her lactogen 1 during two times a day 60 ml afternoon and 60 ml at night rest mother feeding ly , she is under going with severe gas problem bloated stomach ,constipation along with colic from first month I have doubt whether she as allergy to milk protein found in formula, whether can I change her to any partially hydrolyzed formula
