Doctor Please, I Had Lightening Runing Yesterday Evening Till Around

Doctor please, I had lightening runing yesterday evening till around 11pm when I slept and it has started again this evening, the upset usually affect me in my inner nervel. And am also having pain on my left shoulder towards my upper arm, am feeling the pain inside my bone, pls DR help.
