Doctor Said I Have Viral Conjunctivitis. They Gave Me A

Doctor said I have viral conjunctivitis. They gave me a steroid eyedrop to take the inflammation down. I have been on them for two days. Only change is the white of my eyes aren't as red anymore. Other than that my eyes feel worse. My eye feels more irritated and alot more blurred vision. Today I noticed the skin on the inside if my bottom eyelid coming away and oozing with blood? What does this mean and what should I do?
