Doctor Thank You.. May I Ask For My Daughter Who

Doctor thank you.. May I ask for my daughter who has just told me that she has cysts on her ovaries and that it is suggested she have lazer surgery. First I see that they can come back and that they pain will not go away , so why then have the surgery? Will this make her sterile? Will they always re grow and she has to have this procedure timelessly.. The girls is only 21 , when and if she does want to have children will this effect her pregnancy?
