Doctors Cant Find Anything Wrong With My But My Doctor

Doctors cant find anything wrong with my but my doctor prescribed me with an acid reducer. My doctor told me to take it for to weaks so i did and i was feeling just fine so i ate regularly. The next day my stomach starting burning so i took anti acid reducers at night and my stomach was still burning i had nausea and diahrrea it was a sleepless night for me . should i continue taking acid reducers?
