Does Alkasol Syrup Cause Swelling In Body?

Sir, i want to ask whether alkasol syrup causes swellin in whole body ? I m taking syrup because I was having some problem while urintaion. But the next day after after the first dose of the syrup, my body got swelled ? So, is this due to the syrup or it s just a misconception ?
