Does Aloe Pills Along With Birth Control Pills Help To Reduce PMS?

I've been starting birth control and have gone through 2 packs and am on my third. I missed my period and am having a lot of nausea and cramps but I haven't been sexually active. Would taking aloe pills help me get my period so my body can stop getting all of these preperiod symptoms? Or would it just clash with the birth control?
